What is lower abs and upper abs?

im trying to get abs, but im not sure wat i should be doing for the lower abs and the upper abs. I hear people say they do cruches and sit-ups, but im still not sure which is for lower abs and which for upper abs and how many should i do a day? plz give me a video that shows me how to do those correctly as well or just write a description. thnx

upper abs, crunches and sit ups. lower abs, lay on the floor on your back, place your hands under your butt. raise your legs together up off the floor and then lower, but dont touch the ground. or you can do whats called scissor kicks for lower abs, lay on your back, hands under butt, and raise your legs up and down same time like scissors. this is hard at first, lol. your upper abs are around your midsection, lower is around your bikini line, right above your pubic hair line.
