What is the best exercises for the legs and thighs ?

i have really fat legs there like tree trunks
what excercise is best for them ?
Answer:
try like jogging, brisk walking, biking, swimming or rollerblading also do squats and lunges to tone them. drink lots and lots of water... do the cardio for at leat 30 min. a day 3-5 times a week
Bike riding! It's great for the legs and thighs.
go running a bit (say a mile or two a week), to get in some shape. this should help trim some fat. then lift some weights. try squats, leg extensions, or curls. they don't even have to be hard. you can do high rep and low weight. this will help get rid of fat and build some muscle instead.

ps. it wil take a few weeks for results to show. so keep at it, and don't give up!

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
