What is the best 1 workout move?


Answer:
Depends on what your trying to do I guess.I can only narrow it down by body parts.Chest, shoulders, triceps - push ups
Back, biceps, forearms - pull ups
Legs - body weight squats
sit-ups have always been the best in my opinion. they're simple, easy, and have given me a nice toned stomach!
