What is healthier for breakfast?

i'm trying to loose some weight--whats better??a cup of honey-nut cheerios with 2%milk.
OR
Oatmeal with 2% milk and honey
Answer:
Oatmeal is probably your best bet because it offers more whole grain and fiber. It also will have less processed sugar- as long as you choose the unflavored kind. As a woman, it is very important to get plenty of fiber in your diet, about 25g a day. And it is better to consume whole grains and flour compared to white flour and rice cereals.
Those are equally good. Just add a side of fruit to both and you have a very balanced breakfast.
oatmeal, cherrios are good for you but theres more nutritious cereals out there. add some berries or fruit on top for fiber and more rounded meal. plus there low in calories and there really flavorful so you wont need sweetend cereals like honey-nut cherrios. but have a variety so you will stick with your new diet. try both with skim milk or 1%.
