giving your weight alone isnt enough...you could be 5'9" or 4'11"

Eat like any normal human... Good all around breakfast that they advertise with cereal, good sandwich for lunch, and a good meat /salad for dinner.
Even if you are 4'11 112lbs isn't alot of weight. Just eat healthy from the food groups and stay away from fats.

Try cutting out some fatty foods that can easily be replaced
Instead of starbucks hotchocolate, have an ovaltine.
Instead of having ice cream for a snack at night have carrot stix or some healthy fruit.
In stead of eating potato chips, try Chex Mix
It's yummy and great for you.
Basically drink lots of water, cut out soda, and make sure you get lots of nutrients like all your servings of fruits and veggies, and look up the food pryimad and see what foods you should be eating everyday.Best of luck%26lt;33
