What is the BEST exercise for your spare tire (between your bust & your stomach)?

Crunches on an exercise ball.
There is no one good exercise to get rid of a spare tire. You need to do any kind of cardio exercise to burn the fat off.
Strength work for you core won't do a whole lot in terms of reducing the fat on top of the muscle. While it is a necessary part of getting a nice looking midsection, you first need to shed the pounds by engaging in aerobic activity. I recommend doing some sprints (200m) at least twice a week. For core strength, try side bends, decline bench situps %26 russian twists, regular russian twists, windmills, leg raises. Add weight to the situps and russian twists when possible. If your core doesn't burn, you aren't working it hard enough.
