What is the best and healthy way to gain weight and muscle naturally?

I am 5'8" tall and weigh 145 lbs and I want to get to 160 in 3 to 4 months.

Eat What You Normally Eat But Simply Have More Snacks A Day, No Fats Just More Food Like Granola Bars, And Go To The Gym Twice A Day For 2 Hours, But Mostly Do Muscle Workouts.

you might want to take some whey protein drinks and eat alot of protein and hit the gym...my brother is a body builder and thats part of what he does before he gets ready for a show.
For every pound you weigh take in a gram of protien throughout the day. Never skip breakfast Complex carbs and protien in the morning. Drink lots of water. go to bed at relatively the same time every night. get lots of sleap work out four days a week. think core excercises deadlifts benchpress squats legpress. Also try to use whey and casein protien not soy.
