What is in sweat?

Answer:
Sweat is all the toxins in your body leaking out to cool you off. Like when you drink alcohol one night and then get all hot and sweaty the next day even if you took a shower you can still smell the alcohol coming through your pores.
Sweat is one of the ways the body rids itself of toxins.
sweat has salt in it
water and salt
bacteria
Sodium.
Mostly salt and water. Which is why you lose weight when you exercise. The weight you lote is mostly water weight. You should not lose more than 3% of your body weight in sweat at one time that could be a potentially dangerous sign of dehydration.
water and sail
