What is the best diet for me if I want to lift weights, but lose a lot of fat?

I am a typical endomorph. I am trying to lose weight, but I love lifting weights. I do cardio as well (30 min. on the eliptical). I know for lifting you need more carbs for energy and lots of protien for muscle building. I never can get the diet correct. Either I short myself and lose energy half way through the workout, or I get a little too much carbs and calories and don't lose any weight. What should my mix of foods be? Can you suggest a breakfast, lunch, or dinner? I am at my wits end and feel like giving up!
Answer:
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
there are loads of ways to lose weight, freddy...
Half of the weight you lose is fat and half of it is proteins. You need to watch protein intake, so you can have more muscle mass. That said; the key to lose weight and keep it is to detoxify your body first. When you have too much toxins, you can not go to your body to get the energy, and all your energy only came from the food you eat. That is why people exercise and feel hungry all the time and can not lose weight. There are some other things you can do to help lose weight, like eat every three hours, (Is not what you eat, is how you eat. You can eat almost anything, but avoid big meal), drink green tea, exercises 30 minutes daily. And most importantly go get massages for several months. If you can found somebody can give you detoxification massage, detoxify foot bath, and detoxify food program in your area, you should be able to lose it and keep it.
