What is the best or purest form of protein powder?

I have a good weight training program but I'm putting on the weight too slowly...any suggestions as to what protein powder I should use.
Answer:
Honestly, in your case it's not the kind, but the quantity you should worry about. I'm assuming you do have a good weight training program. Your body now has a bigger demand for nutrients, so I hope you're eating at least 5 times a day. Add more carbs to your diet in the form of grains, rice, bread, potatoes, etc, preferably whole foods and you'll be making muscle gains in no time. Also purchase a protein powder at the Vitamin shoppe or GNC. I like the vitamin shoppe better.
u can use detox diets to loose weight .The detox diet focuses on getting rid of the harmful aspects of our everyday diet.detox diets will help u to a great extent to reduce weight and be slim.Instead of eating 2 - 3
meals per day, try eating 4 - 5 small meals per day, or 3 meals and 2 healthy snack meals.

Whey protein is the purest protein available. Any lifting magazine will back me up on this.
gelatine if made from animal sources and egg white powder
whey protein is the best natural gainer - look for one that has at least 15g of protein per serving and as little carbs as possible.
