What is the best form of excercise if I have an injury to my ankle?


Answer:
I would recommend swimming... just don't kick so hard that it hurts. Pushing off walls with your good foot is best. ;)
Swimming like Elizabeth said but if you don't like swimming you can use an exercise bike to keep the weight off your ankle until it heals.
I think you can walk slowly ,but not too much walk,it's better for your recover
Let your ankle heal (no pun!) If you try to use an injured joint, you will slow down the healing process considerably, which will cause you a great deal of pain for a long time. Exercise your arms while keeping the weight off your foot. Just give your ankle time to mend itself.
