What is the best and quickest way to get 6-pack abs?

Besides crunches and sit ups?
Answer:
if you have a layer of fat over your stomach you need lots of cardio, its impossible to have a 6-pack if you are more then about 10% body fat i think also eats nutrious foods!
i want to know to? i do sit ups, and i have a spine infusion, so pain is in my game, can you feel me bro.
start running, biking, swimming, whatever you can motivate yourself to do that burns high amounts of calories. you can have the strongest abs in the world and underneath a good thick layer of belly fat, they won't show at all. you gotta burn the fat. simple as that.
you could get an ab lounge if you are willing to spring.
situps and crunches work best, however.one pilates exercise to try if you do not like situps is to hold the push up position up for 2 minutes every 1/2 hour.Also, do lots of running and cardio to burn off the fat covering your abs.
