What is the best exercise plan for the whole body worked into 1 hour? Please help !!?

swimming tust me.it works out all your muscles and it fun :]
It depends on what your goals are. If you're looking for a whole body cardio workout, then go for a run. If you're looking to sculpt/tone your body, hit the weights. Do 1 set of 10-12 reps of each exercise. Do one exercise for each body part. If you still have time left after that, then hit the areas of your body that you feel need it the most or add some cardio.
