What is the best exercise to do for firming the backs of your upper arms?

Answer:
your triceps? probably using weights and lifting it behind your head up and down hold the weight in a triangle w/ both your hands and your thumbs and first finger. Just hold on to one side so it's vertical and straighten it up high and then down behind your head
DO NOT KNOW BUT I WILL BE WATCHING FOR ANSWERS I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM PROBALLY AGE
You're talking about waving-granny-arm syndrome? LOLTake a 3 or 5 pound weight. Place it over your head holding it with both arms. Then slowly, bend your elbows so the weight is behind your head. Bring it back up over your head. Repeat as many 'sets' as you can. Good luck. They're a bugger to work on. Ouch.
Yes, we are talking about the tricep. There are plenty of exercises. Believe it or not, the bench press is actually great for working the triceps, especially the closer together you place your hands. You can also do tricep kickbacks, tricep extensions, lying tricep extensions, pushups, tri pushdown, etc. You will need to lift a reasonably heavy weight as well. Somewhere in the 6-10 rep range or you won't stress the muscle enough to elicit much change. If you can do more than 10 reps at a particular weight, you should increase. For a guide on how to do these exercises, check out http://www.exrx.net/lists/exlist/armwt.h...
Do a google on tricep exercises.Never do you bi's without doing your tri's.Its an old bodybuilder saying...Dont wotk on your biceps without working your triceps. That way you get a balanced look to your upper arms.
take a dumbell and hold it with both hands. put your arms straight up over your head, then lower the weight, by bending your elbows, to the back of your neck. then raise it up to the starting position. your elbows should be right over your head, straight up, the whole time.
you should only be moving your forearm up and down, and bending your elbows.
