What is the best exercises to build a bigger chest?

Heavy bench presses work the majority of the chest pretty well, but the best way to build the chest as with the rest of the body is variety. One day hit your chest with flat bar bench and maybe some dumbell flys, the next day hit it with decline bar bench and finish with cable crossovers, next day incline bar bench and dumbell bench press. There are many combinations. From my experience it is best to start with a compound exercise like a press and finish with an isolation exercise like a fly or cable crossover. The trick is to try to lift a lot with the compound exercise and then not focus so much on the weight as squeezing that individual muscle when isolating. The first builds strength while the second gives definition. Hope this helps ya out!

you should never work the same muscle group more than once in the week. it leads to overtraining plus you're neglecting the other muscles which will not only make you look like a tool with disproportioned muscles, but working out all the muscles increases the amount of growth hormone released meaning better results.

The best I've seen out there is a book I just finnished reading. It has everything for your body and what programs to do to get the effects you want.
