What is the Best Diet?

Because im trying to loose weight and i need help trying to find the perfect diet.

Find out your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR):http://walking.about.com/cs/calories/l/b......then eat 500 calories less than your BMR per day. You'll lose a pound a week, like clockwork, regardless of other dietary considerations (though you'll find low-fat, low-sugar, and low-cal foods are the best bet if you're to stay full all day).

Check with your doctor to make sure your fit enough to loose weight and excercise. There are NO SHORTCUTS, no magic. The ONLY way to loose weight is to burn off more calories than you eat. PERIOD. All the fancy diets, high protein, high cabs, low carbs, liquid diets LA weightloss, jenny craig..ect all do the same thing in the end..they get you to take in less calories and burn off more than you eat. Pills don't work If they did we'd all be skinny. eat 1200 calories a day (no less) and workout for at least 30 minutes 5 days a week. start slowly..walking is best. then walk faster after the first week then faster the second week and so on. Until you can walk/jog 5 kilometer in 40 minutes or less. I've lost 10 pounds a month doing this. 2.5 pounds week is very fast so don't be discouraged. If you loose it fast you'll gain it back fast. All this depends on how much you want to loose. write down EVERYTHING you eat (no cheating, you only cheat yourself). and lastly... Find an eating pattern you can live with for the rest of your life. Many people feel once they loose the weight they can go back to the poor eating sedentary lifestyle...big mistake. Good luck... Rob

The best diet is just exercising daily and eating healthy laying off the junk foods or high calories and carbohydrates. Go online an see what is availabe too!
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Calorie intake 1200 (not less!).
Exercise 5 times a week for about 30-45 minutes.I lost 20 pounds in 3 months.www.fitday.com can help you a lot by tracking calorie intake and exercise progress, calories eaten vs. burned, etc. Time is needed to see results! Don't give up too easily!
I waited 5 weeks before some visible results. Be patient.
