What is the best ingredients for success when starting a new exercise program?

Today, I recieved BIlly's Bootcamp in the mail. It consists of the basic training, cardio, abs, and ultimate bootcamps. Has anyone tried this? been successful? what is the best way to start this program? any advice on it for out of shape exerciser would be appreciated! (btw, I may only be able to do part of the reps at the the start, but thats okay to build on right?)
Answer:
Just start slow.. Dont try over working yourself out right away or you will discourage yourself!
Its always good to start somewhere, if you can't finish the whole DVD right away its ok.. try again tomorrow or the day after- just dont think you can't do it or you will stop! You'll be just fine!! Have fun and Enjoy yourself!! Good luck with the weight loss! :D
Hey! Congratulations on taking a healthy step to get into shape. Any program will work if you follow it as its written. You aren't expected to do the full reps or cardio at the beginning - do what you can and you'll increase your strength and be able to do more and more. I think you're terrific! The best way to start the program is to NOT tell everyone you're doing it, in case the results don't show up immediately. Also, eat healthy, small portions of food for meals and fruit or yogurt for morning and afternoon snacks. Good luck! It sounds like you're going to be truly successful.
The best ingredient for success is the right frame of mind. Any exercise you do will have results. The key is if you start out to hard you will hate it and get discouraged. You need to either start off easy and work your way up, or like you said do as much as you can. Either way you have to take encouragement from the fact that every day your getting stronger and closer to your final goal.
