1 hr 3-5 days a week
depends what you are trying to acchieve if you are just trying to be healthy me personally would work out 3 one hour sessions a week! But i think the acctuall proper time is ment to be like 20 minuets 3 times a week but i feel that is not enough time! but if you are trying to loose weight maybe a little more but i would deffinally do 3 sessions of between half and hour and 1 hour a week!
If you have body transformation goals, should be at least 10 hours/week. Seem like a lot? Well, find out how much time you spend watching tv. Our nomadic ancestors did not sit around watching tv. And our bodies evolved in an environment that required a lot of activity. So get up and start moving.
